pomaganie Tribe’om skupić się na realizacji celów i wytwarzaniu wartości dbanie o to, aby wartości, zasady i reguły Agile i Scrum były stosowane w Banku promowanie technik pozwalających na skuteczne określenie celu produktu oraz zarządzanie backlogiem wspomaganie współpracy squadów z interesariuszami, w tym z klientami korzystając m.in. z metody Design Thinking stosowanie empirycznego podejścia do rozwiązywania problemów w oparciu o przejrzystość, inspekcję i adaptację usuwanie przyczyn ograniczających postępy prac zespołów usuwanie barier pomiędzy zespołami, tribe’ami i ich interesariuszami budowanie i rozwijanie wiedzy oraz kompetencji kluczowych ról Agile w Banku rekomendowanie i wdrażanie optymalnych narzędzi wspierających pracę zwinną bycie ambasadorem/-rką Agile w Banku.

Nasze oczekiwania:

masz doświadczenie w roli Scrum Mastera, Agile Coacha rozumiesz procesy i cykl rozwoju produktów lub wytwarzania oprogramowania znasz różne narzędzia i potrafisz dobierać optymalne rozwiązania dostosowane do dojrzałości zespołu i sytuacji efektywnie współpracujesz na każdym poziomie struktury organizacyjnej masz wysokorozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne doskonale analizujesz, organizujesz i planujesz działania cechuje Cię umiejętność słuchania i empatii, budujesz atmosferę kooperacji i zaufania, a dobro zespołu i jego członków stawiasz ponad własne umiejętności prowadzenie szkoleń i krzewienie wiedzy ładuje Cię dobrą energią możesz pochwalić się certyfikatami potwierdzającymi umiejętności w zakresie Agile znasz narzędzia takie jak: JIRA, Confluence, Miro.
