We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Agile Coach to join our Agile Innovation & ePMO team and spearhead our transformation journey. As a key leader, you'll empower teams, foster a culture of continuous learning, and unlock the full potential of Agile practices.

responsibilities :
Lead the charge in streamlining our organizational structures and processes, paving the way for a more agile environment.
Champion the adoption of Agile values and principles at all levels, guiding teams and leaders in their successful implementation.
Steer the transformation program, ensuring a strong foundation in customer centricity and increased enterprise agility.
Foster a culture of Adaptive Leadership.
Partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to elevate their skills and expertise.
Equip teams with the knowledge they need through training in Scrum, Kanban, and scaling frameworks.
Provide agile leadership coaching to executives and managers, aligning them with the Agile vision.
Bridge communication and collaboration between interdependent teams, ensuring seamless execution and shared outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and optimize Agile processes, promoting standard methodologiesand facilitating adaptation.
Collaborate with Product Owners to drive structured discovery of user needs, analysis, and market insights into actionable Agile practices.
Inspire teams to use good product management practices
Drive Lean Portfolio Management and work with teams to translate customer-centric goals into actionable OKRs.

requirements-expected :
You have a minimum of 5+ years of demonstrably successful experience in Agile delivery, ideally in Scrum Master roles or related positions.
You have a proven track record of leading Agile teams through complete project lifecycles, with experience in diverse Agile environments.
You possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and connect with partners at all levels.
A technical background or FMCG industry understanding is a plus
You have a strategic approach and the capability to align adequate Agile practices with overarching business goals for long-term success.
You have a deep understanding of Agile methods & frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and software development life cycle models
You're a master of Agile techniques like user story creation, mapping, estimation, velocity & dependency management, etc.
You're proficient in using tools like ADO, Jira, Asana.
