As Telesales Specialist you will be responsible for selling Alcon products or services across the Poland region. Activities include intake/system entry, triage and all related customer communications such as follow up and final responses. 

I n this role, a typical day will involve the following :

Active selling products/services primarily through phone and emails to achieve predetermined sales quota Focuses on developing long term customer relationships. Sales are typically achieved through assigned accounts and qualified leads Assesses customers’ needs and presents the features and benefits of product/service offerings to existing/new customers Engage in contract renewals, price negotiation, and volume discounts for customer retention and continued business

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

Education: Bachelor Degree Good command of English and fluent Polish Preferred: experience within Medical Device industry 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Call Center area Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce - nice to have
