Als Fraud Detection Manager (m/w/d) gehört folgendes in deinen Aufgabenbereich:
Du verifizierst den eingegangenen User Generated Content (vor allem Hotelbewertungen) in Bezug auf Fraud Du bearbeitest Urlauberrückmeldungen, dabei liegt Dein Schwerpunkt insbesondere auf der Überprüfung von Reisebestätigungen Du optimierst kontinuierlich die Qualität und Effizienz unserer Prüfprozesse und der Workflows im Hinblick auf Fake-Erkennung Basierend auf Deinem Wissen und Deiner Erfahrung schulst Du unsere Mitarbeiter zur Fake-Erkennung, bist Mentor und gibst regelmäßig Feedback Aufgrund von verfügbaren Daten und Reports analysierst Du potenzielle Fake-Netzwerke und deren Zusammenhänge Du bist für den Marktresearch im Bereich von Marketingagenturen verantwortlich, die gefälschte Bewertungen auf und für unterschiedliche Plattformen verkaufen Deine Ergebnisse teilst Du aktiv in unserer Betrugsverfolgungsgruppe Du koordinierst die abteilungs- und firmenübergreifende Zusammenarbeit zur Fraud-Erkennung Du stellst Beweismittel für Manipulationsbestrebungen zusammen, die wir für unseren Kampf gegen Fake-Bewertungen in Gerichtsverfahren oder in den Medien einsetzen können

Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Polnischkenntnisse (min. C1 Niveau) Persönlich überzeugst Du mit einer strukturierten und präzisen Arbeitsweise Du hast ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten, einschließlich der Fähigkeit, Muster zu erkennen und Anomalien zu identifizieren Idealerweise hast Du schon erste Erfahrungen mit Tools und Technologien zur Aufdeckung von Fraud gesammelt Du gehst stets voran, bist proaktiv und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung Es fällt Dir leicht, auf andere zuzugehen Deine Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe runden Dein Profil ab
