your tasks
- design and deliver training programs to onboard new customer service agents and provide ongoing development for existing team members
- able to work with counter parts in other comapny locations for uniform approach in training
- provide coaching and support to agents to enhance their product knowledge, communication skills, and customer handling techniques
- evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and improve overall team performance
- maintain up-to-date training materials and resources to support the learning needs of the team
- stay up to date with all company policies, procedures, and products
what we expect
- fluency in English (additional languages such as French or Spanish will be an asset)
- minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role
- excellent communication skills
- proven experience in delivering training programs within a customer service or contact centre environment
- strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
- self-starter and resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic environment
- good computer skills
