Summary:

Our finance teams are world class professionals providing tech-enabled, data-driven insights to our stakeholders, enabling business and operational decision-making. We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst who is detail-oriented, experienced in payroll processing, and proficient in using payroll systems such as Workday.

What You’ll Do for Us

Execute/assist with inquiries of payroll data from various sources including Salesforce, third party vendors and shared email in-box. Manage assigned payroll processing cycle end-to-end process with multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver the targeted outcome of 100% accuracy and timeliness. Analyzing transactional data for decision support. Quality assurance and review of payroll (internal or delivered via a third-party vendor). Provides timely response to queries within the designated scope of escalated in case management tool. Provide inputs to KPI’s regarding tracking payroll delivery, measuring timeliness, accuracy and service delivery with regard to strategic payroll vendor and their local in-country payroll partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field. 4+ years’ experience in a global company and payroll processing/administration. Business level English language oral and written communication fluency essential. 2+ years’ experience with third-party payroll and time & attendance systems. Must demonstrate resourcefulness, attention to detail and the ability to work well within virtual teams. Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal).
