About this opportunity
Welcome to the newly established International Corporate Branch Support Team. We add value by processing domestic and international payment orders and handle investigation around payments flow. As the Process Officer in ICB Support Team, you’ll be analyzing and repairing all payments that our systems haven't been able to process automatically, due to insufficient or incorrect information.
What you’ll be doing:
Secure payments flow for Nordea London customers Act as a support, first line of contact for payment related queries (phone and email). Recommend solutions and deliver expertise Work with multiple stakeholders in Payment Services and Customer Service located in UK Contribute to the improvement of quality and efficiency of assigned tasks and processesYou’ll join a high skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge with the Banking sector. You will be involved in variety of tasks and projects providing high performance for various business areas which create Nordea Future Banking industry. The role is based in Łódź.
