We are now looking for a Junior Process Officer to join Debt Collection Services unit within Credit Services.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Debt Collection PL 2 team. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various banking products and procedures offered to our customer. We want our customers to experience that we are easy to deal with, relevant, competent, ethical and courageously innovative to exceed their expectations. As the Junior Process Officer, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering banking services to the Nordea’s customers in Norway/Denmark according to the highest standards in efficiency, quality and timeliness.
Working with us, you will play an important role in building a better modern bank that fulfils a meaningful role in society. We aim to help our customers around the world to improve their lives and reach their milestones.

You’ll join a Debt Collection PL2 team. The role is based in Łódź.
