OTC Junior Officer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled OTC Junior Officer to join our team at Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. in Łódź.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage activities in Spanish, ensuring effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Responsible for managing and collecting all outstanding accounts receivables, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
  • Cash application, deductions management, and orders management are also key responsibilities.
  • Credit limit review, period/year end closing activities, and creation/update of process documentation are essential tasks.
  • Building relationships with external customers and maintaining AR accounts are critical to success.
  • Collaboration with clients, customers, and other departments is essential for achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Higher education in a relevant field, such as accounting or finance, is an asset.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the OTC domain is required.
  • Working knowledge of SAP is necessary for success in this role.
  • Very good English and Spanish skills, with a minimum of B2 level, are essential for effective communication.
  • Experience in performing month/year end procedures is highly desirable.
  • Availability for working in a hybrid mode (50/50) is required.
