For our Finance Team we are currently looking for the  Junior Financial Analyst.

We are looking for Junior Financial Analyst to join the team in Katowice to assist the FP&A and Business Finance in providing financial and analytical support to management by supporting monthly period end close activities, forecasting review and analysis as well as preparing management reports and presentations. 

Responsibilities in this role will be:

Support the review of the monthly financial results to ensure overall data integrity and explain significant variances vs. prior month/year plan Ensure an accurate and timely preparation of standard management reports including P&L, B/S, headcount, asset management analysis. Work closely with the 100+ sites around the globe to provide support in reporting and forecasting Support the FP&A team for the preparation of presentations for various senior management meetings Support process improvements, including the creation of new reports, tools, and dashboards Take part in various ad-hoc projects (provide technical and analytical support to sites around the globe) Support the rest of the FP&A Team in month end activities. Cooperate and support various ad-hoc projects as required by group controlling

We are looking for you to have: 

University or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration  Big 4 Audit experience preferred, or 2+ years work experience in a finance/accounting role Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent in English, advanced level written & spoken) Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills  Knowledge of Power BI is an asset
