Prime Video is a premium streaming service that offers customers a vast collection of TV shows and movies - all with the ease of finding what they love to watch in one place. We offer customers thousands of popular movies and TV shows from Originals and Exclusive content to exciting live sports events. We also offer our members the opportunity to subscribe to add-on channels which they can cancel at any time and to rent or buy new release movies and TV box sets on the Prime Video Store.

We're looking for someone to support the Marketing launches of our slate of upcoming Polish Originals. They are familiar with Polish, Eastern EU culture and the local Entertainment landscape. This role is based in Warsaw with a moderate amount of travel to London as needed.

Key job responsibilities
•Support and execute title-specific Marketing planning from conception to launch
•Partner with our Studios & Content teams to drive a compelling narrative throughout the campaign
•Support with Talent relations & Production Company management
•Partner with a wide-range of internal teams (ranging from Operations, Insights, PR & Legal) to prioritize needs, brief requirements and communicate plans.
•Anticipate & resolve blockers, provide escalation management, and meet delivery timelines.
•Support creative development and delivery of Marketing assets across Amazon-owned platforms, ATL and Social channels.
•Identify title-specific promotional collaborations and integration with external 3P Brands
•Manage a wide-range of external agencies across Middle East, Turkey and the UK
•Author and present suggestions of title strategies to leadership and provide regular updates to internal and external audiences.
•Run post-campaign analysis and share learnings

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Fluent in Polish
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in 360 marketing campaign execution across earned, owned & paid media
- Industry expertise
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
