Project Manager

About the role:

The role of a Go-to-Market (GTM) Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful launch and sustained growth of a product or service within a competitive market. This multifaceted position combines strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to drive revenue and market share. GTM Project Managers are instrumental in orchestrating the entire process from product development to customer acquisition.

Be a part of our team in which you will:

establish detailed program/project plans for key strategic deliverables and drive end-to-end execution of these plans.

coordinate planning and execution dependencies with teams such as Product, IT, Sales, Ops, Marketing for a portfolio of work, both locally and globally

partner with internal business leadership, ensuring the right communication and relationship channels are in place to deliver on their needs

take the reins on executing and controlling programs and projects to closure.

use KPIs to demonstrate progress and ensure that projects are realising their benefits.

establish and run governance to delivery teams & senior leadership across the company

What you need to be successful:

proven ability to deliver on high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment

manage and lead teams focused on the project in multiple locations

expertise in project management practices

excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and facilitation skills

interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally

delivery processes and outputs and seek continuous improvement of these

Ability to manage relationships to successful outcomes

Proven work experience in project delivery

BA / BSc / MSc in a relevant field

Expertise in programme & project management technology and tools

Advanced MS toolsets a must e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Visio

CAPM, PMP or Prince certification is a must.
