We are looking for an Administrative Analyst with French.

For our expanding Warsaw-based CMG (Capital Market Group) business line we are looking for you as Administrative Analyst.
What this job involves:
Provide administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense tracking. Maintain effective communication channels within the team, including organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes. Create and produce customized property information materials, comparable market analysis, market and industry research, and targeted client specific research. Prepare PowerPoint presentations by pulling data from other sources such as maps, charts, logos, pictures, tables, etc. Maintain internal web-based database; manage and update deal statuses, manage press releases, marketing lists, activity tracking, and send e-mail blasts. Establishment of the invoicing part (process from start to finish) on the local software (AREA) linked to peoplesoft and update information of tenants on Teamforce. Process AP vouchers. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations. Back up support to other Administrative Assistants as needed. Provide ad-hoc support to team members as needed.Desired skills and experience for this job
Good communication skills French is required (B2+) Good knowledge of English (B2) High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant administrative or business-related certifications preferred. Proven experience as an administrative or team assistant, preferably in a fast-paced professional environment. Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality work. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Nitro) and other relevant software. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work at a fast pace, large team with energy and enthusiasm. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude. Strong problem-solving abilities and the willingness to take initiative.
