YOU WILL

  • Continuously strive to improve and optimize processes in the realm of personnel and payroll management.
  • Establish partnerships with your team, HR Business Partners, Organizational Development specialists, the IT department, and internal clients.
  • Be responsible for effectively onboarding new team members by providing training and sharing experiences.

YOU NEED

  • 4+ years of professional experience in the HR field.
  • Experience working in an international environment within the SSC industry.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and related IT systems.
  • Excellent proficiency in SAP/SuccessFactors systems.
  • An excellent understanding of payroll administration processes and relevant German regulations in this area.
  • To be fluent in German both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in English for effective verbal and written communication.
  • A good command of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and critical thinking.
  • The ability to work in an international environment and build strong partnerships with colleagues, business partners, and clients.
  • Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and HR shared services reporting.
