The position
As our Regional Medical Advisors Manager, you will ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical guidelines and work closely with internal stakeholders to align strategies.
Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Supervise and provide leadership to a team of Regional Medical Advisors (RMAs).

  • Clearly set and execute the goals for RMAs team. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (medical-commercial) to develop and execute strategic plans. 

  • Build medical communication with medical managers for the regional medical teams.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers.

  • Stay up to date with scientific and clinical developments in the therapeutic area.

  • Establish and execute development plans for the team of RMAs.

 

On a personal level you need to have excellent leaderships skills. You need to be good communicator to enforce goals and act with understanding of business needs.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • An advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a Lead of Medical Science Liaison role or similar position.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as people manager.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

  • Fluent English and Polish language skills.

The Regional Medical Advisors Manager position is based in Novo Nordisk Poland CMR Medical Affairs. Our department is located in Poland and is part of the global Novo Nordisk organization. We are a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about driving scientific engagement and advancing patient care. The atmosphere is collaborative and fast-paced, with a focus on continuous learning and development.
