Na czym polegać będzie Twoja praca? 

  • Będziesz odpowiedzialny za proces planowania biznesu oraz tworzenie strategi rozwoju  i promocji dla kategorii: Motoryzacja, Sport, Wypoczynek
  • Będziesz monitorować poziom realizacji kluczowych KPI (m.in. sprzedaż, marżowość), schodząc do poziomu produktu
  • Będziesz przygotowywał promocje - dobór produktów, propozycja ceny rynkowej, prognoza sprzedaży
  • Zajmiesz się analizą dostępności asortymentowej, poziomu rotacji magazynowej i rekomendowaniem zakupów do akcji promocyjnych
  • Przeanalizujesz trendy rynkowe oraz udziały rynkowe w obszarze przydzielonych kategorii produktowych
  • Na podstawie analiz zidentyfikujesz możliwości, które podniosą wyniki biznesowe w przydzielonych kategoriach

Ta oferta jest dla Ciebie jeśli: 

  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w pracy na stanowiskach takich jak: Category Manager/ Key Account Manager/ Kupiec 
  • Biegle znasz pakiet Microsoft Office, w szczególności zaawansowane funkcje Excela
  • Posiadasz silnie rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne a swoje decyzje opierasz na danych
  • Masz minimum 3  lata doświadczenia zawodowego w branży Retail lub FMCG
  • Swobodnie komunikujesz się w języku polskim oraz angielskim
  • Jesteś otwarty/a i komunikatywna/a, proaktywnie identyfikujesz problemy i rekomendujesz rozwiązania
  • nie boisz się podejmować działań i wychodzić z inicjatywą
  • Posiadasz doświadczenie w prognozowaniu sprzedaży
