As a Facility Manager Real Estate, you would be part of a team that strives to provide best in class service to customers in our 2 million square meters of industrial buildings Poland. Your target area will focus on Wroclaw. Our customer base is diverse and we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with the biggest names in e-commerce logistics and warehouse operations. With an emphasis on customer service and quality buildings, we have the best of both worlds – a local office, with the support and sophistication of a large international company. This role reports to the Senior Real Estate Property Manager.

What’s needed in order to do that:

Develop and maintain positive relationship with all customers and vendors  Responsive to customer’s needs and requests in a timely manner Must be able to coordinate maintenance and repair services with vendors on behalf of customers Proactively coordinates property inspections and drop-ins (handover and takeover of leased premises, dilapidation works); communicate any issues to Customer Experience & Real Estate team Report safety issues immediately and recommend solutions to customers, vendors, or Customer Experience & Real Estate team Be ready to respond immediately to emergency situations and concerns Ensure safe and proper storage of all supplies, chemicals, tools, and equipment. Ensure tools and equipment are in optimum condition Assist in inspecting, monitoring and documenting all work being performed by outside contractors and by our customers, including technical reviews as needed Aid the Customer Experience & Real Estate manager in the evaluation of all service contract requirements and the oversight of property maintenance contracts In partnership with the Customer Experience & Real Estate team, must be able to identify additional revenue opportunities by demonstrating an expert understanding of Prologis value-added products and services to align them to customer needs Provide support to the Procurement team to negotiate pricing for materials, services, and capital projects Perform technical inspection and review maintenance documentation to ensure Prologis standards are met in the case of self-performing leases Assist in audits needed by insurance companies, authorities, and customers, including the coordination implementation of next steps

High School diploma or technical training 3+ years maintenance/facility management experience Expertise in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or fire systems Comfort working outdoors Skill in handling multiple tasks and projects Self-motivation and independence Physical ability for on-site tasks Strong customer service and communication skills Valid Polish driving license and ability to visit various locations. Fluency in Polish, good English skills #LI-SP1
