zadania

• Zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia i rozwiązywanie problemów pierwszego poziomu dla pracowników i menagerów GSK, 
• Zapewnienie pracownikom i menedżerom odpowiednich i dokładnych informacji na temat HR.
• Przetwarzanie transakcji w Workday oraz zrozumienie dalszego wpływu transakcji,
• Odpowiedzialność za dokładność danych w dniu roboczym,
• Korzystanie z panelu i dostępnych analiz danych,
• Ścisła współpraca ze wszystkimi interesariuszami GSK i partnerami biznesowymi HR (poziom 2), aby zapewnić przestrzeganie wszystkich procedur,
• Skutecznie wykorzystanie  narzędzi do zarządzania wiedzą, aby zapewnić dokładność informacji i na bieżąco śledzić zmiany w treści związanej z zarządzaniem wiedzą.

ENG:

• Provide end to end support and 1st level resolution for employees and managers from GSK.
• Provide appropriate and accurate information and guidance to the employees and managers regarding HR policies. 
• Supporting the life cycle of an employee through routine and complex Workday transactional processing and understand the downstream impact of transactions.
• Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy.  
• Uses Dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal performance meets all agreed service standards. 
• Work closely with all GSK stakeholders & HR Business Partners (tier 2) to ensure all procedures are followed.
• Uses knowledge management tools effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.

• Język hiszpański i angielski na poziomie B1/B2,
• Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacji pisemnej (język/gramatyka) i werbalnej (słuchanie/mówienie),
• Wysoki poziom wiedzy w zakresie MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
• Umiejętność pracy samodzielnej lub w zespole,
• Wysoki poziom rzetelności i umiejętności zachowania poufności informacji,
• Doskonałe umiejętności gromadzenia danych i analizy z krytyczną dbałością o szczegóły,
• Umiejętność pracy z różnymi środowiskami na wszystkich poziomach przedsiębiorstwa,
• Umiejętność rozmowy w trudnych i stresujących sytuacjach. 

ENG:

• Spanish & English language on B1/B2 level
• Excellent written (language/grammar) and verbal (listening/speaking) communication skills
• High level of expertise in standard MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work either independently or as part of a team
• High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information 
• Excellent data gathering and analytical skills with critical attention to detail
• Ability to work with different stakeholders at all levels of the business
• Able to present information to customers clearly and concisely and respond to challenging problems
