How to contribute to our vision

The Commercial Project Manager manages and controls the commercial performance of internal and external Major Project annual campaignss for Offshore Wind Farms. Ensures that the financial results according to set targets are managed with due professional care and optimizes the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments. Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities. Compiles annual budgets and regular financial forecasts and delivers upon them. Actively communicates with customer's commercial representatives and manages solving of commercial issues. Together with the Project Manager proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager. Supports the Project Manager in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities. Supports Project Manager to select and involve partners / subcontractors. Represents the project in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.

A bachelor or master’s degree or a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship with multiple years of work experience Multiple years of experience in a commercial function, ideally in the area of commercial project management Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, together with SAP Ability to work independently and organized while also brining great communication skills within the team Detail oriented and hands-on mindset with desire to work proactively An analytical mindset Fluency in English
