How You Will Get the Job Done
  • We work closely with business stakeholders to capture and define business requirements.
  • You will create detailed outcomes of the business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for the business.
  • Your responsibility will be to validate requirements for the product, translating them into relevant product backlog items and tasks.
  • You will identify and manage dependencies impacting the planned scope.
  • You will create technical specifications of changes, analyzing and mapping data flows across various upstream and downstream applications.
  • You will participate in discussions with the development team and architects.
  • You will support the product owner, delivery team, and program manager with a detailed understanding of product features during agile increment planning sessions.
  • You will be responsible for product validation, supporting stakeholders during the testing phase.
  • You will create relevant project and product documentation, participating in audits.
Skills and Experience You Will Need
  • You must be fluent in English and Polish.
  • You should have at least 3 years of experience in software development as a business analyst or system analyst.
  • You should have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery.
  • You should have experience in system integration, being able to discuss concepts related to API contracts, data models, data flows, ETL, and big data.
  • You should be able to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery.
  • You should have experience preparing estimations together with the development team.
  • You should have practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps).
  • You should have knowledge or working experience of Scrum methodology.
  • You should have experience exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects.
Nice to Have
  • Release management experience would be beneficial.
