Dla polskiej spółki zatrudniającej ponad 200 osób i działajacej prawie w 100% na rynkach zagranicznych poszukujemy IT Managera.

Zadaniem IT Managera będzie gruntowna przebudowa wewnętrznego zespołu IT, wspierającego operacje spółki.

 

Cel Zespołu:

  • budowa, utrzymanie i zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa stabilnego środowiska technologicznego w organizacji. 

  • rozwój i zarządzanie głównym systemem wspierającym biznes organizacji oraz jego otoczeniem, składającym się zarówno z elementów tworzonych wewnętrznie, jak i dostarczonych przez dostawców zewnętrznych

 

Twoje zadania jako IT Managera:

  • przeprowadzenie inwentaryzacji obecnego środowiska IT z naciskiem na cyberbezpieczeństwo.

  • współpraca z firmą zajmującą się cyberbezpieczeństwem przeprowadzającą audyt organizacji.

  • budowa bezpiecznego środowiska technologicznego wspierającego operacje organizacji.

  • opracowanie dwuletniej roadmapy IT, która będzie zgodna z celami biznesowymi.

  • ocena i mapowanie kompetencji zespołu

  • wprowadzenie standardów i najlepszych praktyk tworzenia narzędzi, bazując na zrozumieniu produktów oferowanych przez organizację

  • zarządzanie kilkuosobowym zespołem programistów i inżynierów infrastruktury (sieci, systemy)

  • współpraca  z partnerami biznesowymi wewnątrz organizacji w celu zapewnienia maksymalnego wsparcia biznesu przez IT

  • przyczynienie się do ogólnej efektywności operacyjnej, poprzez całościowe spojrzenie na procesy organizacyjne, narzędzia i koszty

  • rekrutacja nowych osób do zespołu

  • udział w automatyzacji i optymalizacji procesów w firmie, wkład w optymalizację kosztów całego biznesu

  • zarządzanie budżetem IT

  • tworzenie planów rozwojowych dla zespołu

  • zapewnienie funkcjonowania organizacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi dyrektywami

Żeby zaprosić Cię do procesu potrzebujemy, żebyś: 

  • miał przynajmniej 3 lata doświadczenia  jako IT Manager w wewnętrznym dziale IT dużej organizacji

  • znał metodykę zarządzania projektami.

  • miał doświadczenie we wdrażaniu wzorców projektowych i dobrych praktyk wytwarzania oprogramowania

  • znał proces produkcji oprogramowania

  • miał świadomość tego, jak działa infrastruktura sieciowa i bezpieczeństwa

  • posiadał świetne umiejętności komunikacji i zrozumienia biznesu (wiedział jak zadać właściwe pytania, żeby uchwycić problem i umiał zaproponować rozwiązanie faktycznie wspierające biznes)

 

Będzie świetnie, jeśli ponadto:

  • masz doświadczenie w budowaniu środowiska IT od podstaw
  • porozumiewasz się płynnie w języku angielskim
