Job Description

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop and optimize marketing creatives;

  • Conduct in-depth analysis and performance tracking of various creatives to identify opportunities for improvement;

  • Perform a thorough research on market trends and competitor strategies to inform creative development;

  • Act as the liaison between the media buying team and the creative team, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals;

  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve conversion rates;

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance;

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of optimization efforts;

  • Conduct multi-channel analysis to understand the performance of different media buying sources, identifying when, where, and how each source converts;

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in conversion rate optimization and apply them to our strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, preferably within the gambling or gaming industry;

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms);

  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design;

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Languages: Ukrainian native.
