BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR AN Operations Business Analyst (manufacturing quality)
SENIORITY LEVEL: Senior Level
FUNCTION: DBS / IDT
SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Part of the responsibilities will be to understand business requirements & processes and identify business technology and/or process opportunities, working with business & IT managers. The scope will be to develop, implement and maintain solutions which deliver business value within agreed timelines and budget. The work is on global scope and large/strategic initiatives.
Reports to: OperationsProduct Manager – GLQ (global lab quality), eIWS

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Establishing the contribution that technology can make to business objectives using a range of agile techniques in Manufacturing area Identifying and obtaining agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business Overseeing implementation of solutions – managing operationally DBS vendors and checking against the initial requirements Providing input to and/or assist in: ensuring compliance with agreed best practicespreparing account plans, budget proposals, resourcing plans and project planscreation and maintenance of IT strategiesCAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Do you have experience working with LIMS in the manufacturing environment?ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Practical shop floor/factory experience Hands on experience with LIMS (Labware preferred), MES Hands on experience with software development Ability to interpret the business IT and functional strategies, understand the Group operating model, and the implications actions in one area have on other functions Extensive and substantial practical experience in interpreting business process management and business metrics Understand the background, issues and implications of company and functional strategic imperativesWE ARE BAT
