WARRANTY HANDLER

Scope of responsibilities:

Cooperation with SAP purchasing department as membership of this team. Acceptance, registration and verification of reported defects on completed investments. Organization and coordination of the troubleshooting process. Possible participation in technical inspections of equipment, making notes, reports and inventory. Technical analysis of project documentation and verification of applications. Preparation of letters as part of ongoing correspondence with customers, subcontractors alternatively investors. Correspondence with factories and external suppliers in cooperation with the operational department Archiving all documentation related to specific warranty issue. Ordering the necessary parts and cooperation with purchasers

Requirements:

Good Englishwritten and verbal communication skills, 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in technical industry Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative and proactiveness in activities, "Can do" attitude and readiness to learn, English - C1/B2 level.
