Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Warranty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the technical industry. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, initiative, and proactivity in their activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SAP purchasing department as a team member.
  • Accept, register, and verify reported defects on completed investments, organizing and coordinating the troubleshooting process.
  • Participate in technical inspections of equipment, documenting notes, reports, and inventory, and conducting technical analyses of project documentation and verifying applications.
  • Prepare letters as part of ongoing correspondence with customers, subcontractors, and investors.
  • Cultivate relationships with factories and external suppliers in cooperation with the operational department.
  • Archive all documentation related to specific warranty issues.
  • Source necessary parts and collaborate with purchasers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the technical industry.
  • Aesthetic sense, attention to detail, initiative, and proactivity in activities.
  • A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to learn.
  • English - C1/B2 level.
