What You Will Do

steer the active sourcing strategy to identify and hire the right candidates confident in proactively approaching prospect candidates

act as a trusted advisor and manage the recruitment process end to end 

manage relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and other HR specialists 

contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives or Employer Branding projects/events

What You Bring

ideally 1 year of active sourcing experience

good understanding of end-to-end hiring process, preferably in-house recruiting

excellent communication skills with knowledge of how to attract and engage candidates, especially passive 

multitasking and well-organized way of working as well as ability to quickly prioritize and handle multiple assignments 

fluency in Spanish and English. German is a plus
