Accounts Payable Clerk

Join our team and apply as Accounts Payable Clerk (all genders) for Kraków
Your tasks:
- Independent processing of incoming invoices in compliance with financial policies and procedures (mainly service and logistic invoices)
- Account reconciliation and maintenance of our suppliers, including dunning process
- Coordination with our suppliers and close cooperation with our specialist departments
- Master data maintenance of our suppliers
- Supporting colleagues from general ledger and controlling in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Further tasks (e.g. audit and process of credit card statements, preparation of outgoing invoices)
Qualifications
- 2 + years of relevant professional experience in the area of accounts payable
- Successfully completed business degree or equivalent qualification
- Good knowledge in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP) and other office programs
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- SAP S4/HANA skills would be an advantage
- Good analytical skills and independent way of working
