Job Description

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving business processes, as well as supporting the Associate Business Consultant in the product roadmap and development. The role will include responsibilities such as: analyzing current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and collaborating with business and technology teams.

Other duties:

Attend standups with development teams and manage day to day technical issues and topics. Assist in developing requirements for projects on the roadmap and upcoming projects. Technical Proficiency – understanding and ability to master the technical side of the product we manage. Use this knowledge to build out historical documentation for current products Help other auto products in any development efforts they may need Work with Lightspeed team to develop reporting metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business information technology or related field. Previous experience as a Business Analyst/Associate or Project Manager. · Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Experience in API integration and testing is preffered Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. ·  Strong communication skills to bridge gap between business units and technology teams. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. · Ability to quickly adapt to evolving business needs. Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.
