Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

CAE is seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our crew domain business systems team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using ODM (IBM Operational Decision Manager).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test business rules code using ODM.
  • Gather requirements from customers and aviation regulatory bodies, interpret them into system requirements, and document them.
  • Develop and maintain business rules using ODM, create and test scenarios, and deliver the business rules to customers.
  • Work on high-value projects with large-scale customer impact and showcase ability to operate under limited direction and minimal oversight.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge and showcase ability to represent all customer and industry needs.
  • Support continuous improvement and investigate alternatives and technologies.
  • Work closely with customers to train, extract, and define business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ODM (IBM Operational Decision Manager) and Java/Python/Angular/React/C++ programming languages.
  • Good understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of SQL & basic understanding of Linux and Windows Platform.
  • Proficient English written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven analytical skills and willingness to travel 35% of the time.
Nice to Have:
  • Over 5 years of Airline/Crew Domain Knowledge.
