Business Analyst (m/f/d) - Sofia

To strengthen our team in Sofia, we are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support our Identity Management projects and collaborate with valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Identity Management projects and serve as a key Business Analyst for our customers.
  • Translate business requirements into robust and sustainable IT solutions that drive success and growth.
  • Apply expertise in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Play a crucial role in the analysis phase within a scaled agile development process, crafting detailed user stories and concepts to drive project success.
  • Bridge the gap between the client's business and IT departments, ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve project goals.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our customers' business processes, paving the way for tailored and effective solutions.
Requirements
  • You hold a successful university degree (Master, MBA, PhD) in business informatics, computer science, mathematics, physics, or a comparable field of study.
  • You possess strong IT affinity and an analytical understanding of complex contexts, enabling you to bridge the gap between business and IT seamlessly.
  • You have knowledge in software testing methodologies and processes to ensure the highest quality of our solutions.
  • You have very good presentation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have skills in Salesforce or similar CRM Cloud Services.
  • You have some programming experience or basic knowledge of IT architecture to facilitate effective communication with development teams.
  • You have basic German (B) and good English skills.
