Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and system requirements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support Product Owners in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate actively in development team meetings and contribute to the development of solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with other product teams, technical teams, and Business representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and present reports, recommendations, and product development plans to stakeholders.

Our client is a leading company in the laboratory testing market, with over three decades of experience. They offer a wide range of diagnostic tests for patients, companies, and medical facilities. With modern laboratories in every major city in Poland, they work on medical equipment, conduct online medical consultations, and provide a platform for patients to download test results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst or Product Owner.
  • Ability to conduct independent business and system analysis.
  • Experience in managing the product backlog and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Knowledge of source data analysis techniques, estimation, prioritization, and description of requirements.
  • Knowledge of IT tools for business and system analysis.
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to manage projects in both agile and traditional approaches.
  • General knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure is an asset.
