Role and Responsibilities

Crew Domain Business Systems Analyst

The Crew Domain Business Systems Analyst is responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems, cross-functions, and cross-business domains within the aviation flight crew area.

The Role We Are Offering You:

  • Work on high-value projects with large-scale customer impact and operate under limited direction and minimal oversight.
  • Delineate requirements to solve complex business problems using differing technologies and systems views across multiple functional domains.
  • Provide functional/technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
  • Create business plans and support the development of business cases to ensure plans meet company goals and integrate with technical programs and project plans.
  • Support development staff by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, training on new products, and delivery planning aspects for deployment of a service or product.
  • Install software, conduct data migration, set up integration, and document processes.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Advanced computer software skills.
  • Experience with training and demoing to internal teams or customers.
  • Hands-on experience in the Crew Management area, either worked in an airline in scheduling, training, tracking, IT, or the end-to-end implementation of crew enterprise systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Requires understanding client-server architectures and integration with legacy systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel up to 35%.
