Job Title: Senior HR Systems Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Qurate Retail Group. As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring functionality and enhancements across our HRIS portfolio, including systems such as Workday HCM and Recruiting, Learning Management Systems, Candidate Relationship Management tools, Business Intelligence, and other current or future global People systems tools.

Responsibilities:

* Understand how to best use in-house technologies and provide fit gap analysis.
* Define, analyze, and implement user requirements, and evaluate how the system supports short- and long-term goals.
* Partner with People Function team members globally to understand current processes and improve our People Systems Technology solutions to solve business issues and improve adoption.
* Assess the company's enterprise needs and plan for changes in existing systems to meet these needs.
* Lead the research, design, implementation, and development of functionality and/or integrations within the Technologies in the People Systems portfolio and overall PCC Roadmap.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience working directly with the configuration of Workday, including complex condition rules, advanced reporting, and security design and administration.
* Experience working with sensitive data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
