About the Role
We have an exciting vacancy for a talented and experienced payroll individual to join our payroll department located within the HR Shared Service function based in Wroclaw. Your will be part of a collaborative team that are pro-active and driven with a “can do” attitude. The team operate with a personal and friendly approach to ensure the employee lifecycle function associated with payroll is a positive experience.
This is an exciting and challenging role where you will be responsible for a wide range of activities. The Payroll Specialist – Poland is responsible for the management planning and execution of payroll processes and systems to ensure payroll processing occurs in an accurate and timely manner. The Payroll Specialist is additionally responsible for the development and coordination of business-wide processes and procedures for payroll management.
Responsibilities:
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wagesBuild, maintain and adjust payroll controls - ensuring compliance and controls to safeguard that key areas of risk are identifiedMaintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and proceduresCooperates with Social Security Institution and Tax OfficeAssists in preparing the annual declarations PIT and insurance confirmationCollaborating with HR and Finance departmentsEnsuring efficient time and attendance and payroll processingCreating a comprehensive summary of payroll detailsManaging payroll discrepanciesReporting directly to the Payroll ManagerRequirements:
3 years payroll experience in a company employing more than 300 employeesSocial skills necessary for teamworkFacilitate a respectful work environmentPlan and prioritize assigned tasksStrong communication skillsVery good EnglishBenefits:
