Summary

The IT company Andersen invites an experienced Go Developer to work on a project for our Kazakhstan partner.

The customer is one of the leading commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank's main areas of activity are corporate and retail banking. It also actively participates in the securities market and currency operations in Kazakhstan. The customer has its network of branches and offices throughout the Republic, serving more than 100,000 legal entities and 1.5 million individuals.

The project is a cross-border business payments platform designed to simplify and accelerate international transactions between businesses.

Technology stack on the project: Go, Gin, Echo, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.

Responsibilities

Developing new microservices on Go and supporting them. Developing and supporting APIs for integration with external payment systems and services (e.g. Visa, SWIFT, SEPA). Ensuring correctness and security of data transfer between systems. Developing mechanisms for processing and logging transactions. Working with databases (SQL, NoSQL). Developing and supporting containerized applications using Docker. Configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters for microservices orchestration. Automating application deployment and scaling. Ensuring high code quality. Configuring monitoring and logging systems to track system health (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Participating in CI/CD processes. Working closely with other developers, testers, business analysts, and system administrators. Testing performance and security. Preparing and maintaining technical documentation on developed microservices and integrations.

Requirements

Experience in development for 5+ years, of which at least 3 years working with Go. Experience in developing highly loaded and distributed systems. Experience working with financial systems or payment platforms. Experience in a Senior Developer or Team Lead role. Experience working on projects related to integration of payment systems (e.g. Visa, SWIFT, SEPA). Experience with frameworks and libraries for Go (e.g., Gin, Echo). Experience developing and deploying microservices in cloud environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure). Knowledge of microservice architecture principles. Experience with RESTful APIs and gRPC. Experience with database management systems (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL). Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis). Experience with message queuing systems (e.g. RabbitMQ, Kafka). Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes). Level of English – from Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with related tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions). Knowledge of security principles and best practices in software development. Experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Strong commitment to professional development and learning new technologies and methodologies.
