Inviting applications for the role of the IOPS Market – Manager – English - On Site Katowice
iOPS Market Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day demand planning and market supply operations of the team in charge. Right focus on priorities, team’s set up and required deliverables for driving impact towards business outcome.
Person will supervise all activities in specific Market Planning Team (Short-term Supply Review; Proactive Stock Allocation; Frozen Period Crisis Management; Repack Execution; Input Data validation; Risk management process; STO generation; Evaluation / Redesign of the Distribution Network; PEGA cases creation)
Responsibilities
• Ensure the process is carried-out by the team as per the solution design agreed with the engagement framework in the Design and Transition phase
• Achieve the contractually agreed KPIs / SLAs
• Share/ implement best practices across teams
• Carry out transformation initiatives and projects to deliver business impact
• Act as primary point of contact for process escalations
• Ensure that people have all operational resources and knowledge and are deployed to operations
• Present performance indicators in internal operational reviews, analyse data & trends, implement continuous improvement based on Lean & Six Sigma methodologies
• Perform monthly/quarterly/yearly individual appraisal discussions with the team members;
• Propose action plans, coaching and mentoring sessions for the team members, talent development sessions, as well as career development sessions;
• Accountable for end-to-end delivery of the Service Optimization objectives (on time delivery, reduced cost/service, etc.), sticking to and continuously improving ways of working
• Team management (work allocation, attrition, leaves, etc.)
• Manage escalations and re-prioritizations
• Assist team-members with exceptional situations or customer escalations
• Supervise the job of the Demand Planners, Market Supply Planners and Repack planners

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• University degree
• Strong communication in English – both oral and written skills. Ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers
• Proven ability to strategize, influence, communicate and execute complex initiatives to generate productivity and business impact
• Knowledge of the Demand Planning domain and process understanding / Experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management or supply/operations planning / Strong understanding of supply chain and supply planning business drivers, organization structures and key metrics
• Proven ability to lead team towards meeting the agreed SLA’s
Preferred Qualifications 
• Self-motivated, high-energy levels and works well under strict deadlines
• Strong process development, improvement, and implementation experience
• Self-motivated and independent personality with strong negotiation & problem-solving skills as well as a strongly developed proposal thinking mindset
• Well-developed interpersonal / communication skills
• Working knowledge of any ERP systems
