Robotic Process Automation Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh McLennan Group Services. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

EBSC has taken over operations from Marsh Europe in order to let our colleagues focus directly on clients. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality and outstanding results delivering them in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities and other. We are in the heart of Marsh value proposition for multinational clients, therefore our daily work allows us to stay connected to business and colleagues across Europe.

We will count on you to:

Drive the design, development, testing and implementation of RPA solutions across the business

Work with the business to gather requirements for RPA projects

Manage and delegate tasks to junior RPA developers, ensuring effective collaboration and project progress

Drive solution testing and support in User Acceptance Test

Ensure that processes are fully tested before moving to deployment

Follow the right governance process, including creation of necessary documentation

What you need to have:

Proven experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying Robotics solutions using BluePrism

Ability to problem solve, clearly articulate requirements, and implement and drive change

Ability to work independently, multi-task and set their own priorities

A solution-oriented and structured way of working and a great analytical thinking

Strong communication skills

Focus on continuous process improvements and process quality

Excellent spoken and written English (C1)

Project management competency and a client-focused mindset
