Pracujemy w modelu zdalnym nie tylko w Polsce, ale również w Czechach, Rumunii i Brazylii, UK, US, DE, wchodzimy na rynki w Indiach i w Chinach.

W związku z intensywnym rozwojem poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Product Designer który/która wesprze nas w rozwoju naszej aplikacji, z której codziennie korzysta kilkanaście tysięcy użytkowników. 

Wymagania

  • Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w projektowaniu i dostarczaniu produktów w dynamicznym, złożonym środowisku.
  • Udokumentowane doświadczenie na stanowisku seniora lub dyrektora ds. projektowania produktów.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności przywódcze oraz doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem projektowym.
  • Umiejętność definiowania wymagań produktowych i współpracy z zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi w celu ich realizacji.
  • Silne umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów, z naciskiem na dbałość o szczegóły.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i umiejętność współpracy z kluczowymi interesariuszami.
  • Dobra znajomość narzędzi takich jak Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
  • Podstawowa znajomość HTML, CSS i JavaScript będzie dodatkowym atutem, ale nie jest konieczna.
  • Bieżąca wiedza o trendach w branży projektowej i technologicznej.

Zadania

  • Projektowanie i rozwijanie interfejsów użytkownika dla oprogramowania SaaS B2B.
  • Przeprowadzanie badań i analiz potrzeb oraz zachowań użytkowników.
  • Tworzenie prototypów, wireframe'ów i wizualizacji interfejsów użytkownika.
  • Współpraca z zespołami IT w celu wdrażania projektów.
  • Zapewnienie zgodności projektów ze standardami dostępności i responsywności.
  • Iterowanie i optymalizacja projektów na podstawie opinii użytkowników i wyników testów.
  • Utrzymywanie spójności wizualnej i funkcjonalnej w ramach produktu.
  • Śledzenie najnowszych trendów i technologii w projektowaniu produktów SaaS.
