Your Role at Dynatrace
- As a Senior Product Experience Designer at Dynatrace, you will be responsible for owning the product UX end-to-end journeys for specific target audiences within our Infrastructure Observability.
- You will work closely with product managers, product owners, experience leads, and other design practitioners to maintain consistency across design approaches for all products.
- Key responsibilities include designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems, as well as collaborating with cross-department teams and subject matter experts.
- You will be expected to uphold user-centered design principles and evangelize its methodologies and values to stakeholders.
- At least 6 years of experience in designing, shipping, and iterating digital software products and systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to help people understand the rationale behind design proposals and complex design problems.
- Ability to integrate user experience and design work on the product in agile working models and closely with development.
- Fluency in designing for the web as canvas, with the ability to prototype dev-ready interactions and interfaces inside of favorite tools.
- Strong understanding of accessibility principles and the ability to create beautiful experiences that are usable by everyone.
