Your Main Responsibilities: Initial applicant screening via phone. Maintain and manage our candidate database. ️ Prepare and post job ads online. Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars for interviewers and candidates. Support our recruiting team with clerical duties.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proficiency in English and German ( C1, speaking and writing).
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
