Allen & Overy i Shearman & Sterling w dniu 1 maja 2024 r. oficjalnie połączyły się, tworząc A&O Shearman, trzecią co do wielkości kancelarię prawniczą na świecie. A&O Shearman to nowa, wiodąca w branży kancelaria prawna posiadająca 48 biur w 29 krajach na całym świecie.
A&O Shearman zatrudnia 4000 prawników i ok. 800 partnerów w 48 biurach zlokalizowanych w 29 krajach. Dzięki szerokiemu doświadczeniu oraz utalentowanym pracownikom kancelaria zapewnia doradztwo prawne klientom biznesowym z każdej branży, rynku i regionu. Siłą A&O Shearman jest jej międzynarodowe doświadczenie, wysoka jakość świadczonych usług oraz doskonała znajomość lokalnych rynków, uwarunkowań i przepisów.
Podczas praktyk będziesz: wspierać zespół w procesach księgowych;przygotowywać przelewy bankowe;odpowiadać za korespondencję z kontrahentami, w tym potwierdzać salda;przygotowywać wybrane raporty z systemu finansowego; oraz współpracować z zespołem oraz pozostałymi działami w firmie, w zależności od bieżących potrzeb.
Kogo szukamy?
Studentów III lub IV roku kierunków ekonomicznych, w szczególności kierunku rachunkowość i finanse, którzy:bardzo dobrze posługują się językiem angielskim (znajomość języka czeskiego, słowackiego lub węgierskiego będzie dodatkowym atutem);dobrze posługują się arkuszem kalkulacyjnym MS Excel;posiadają rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne;są otwarci na rozwój i zdobywanie nowych doświadczeń;skrupulatnie i terminowo wykonują powierzone zadania;posiadają bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne;są nastawieni na współpracę i budowanie pozytywnych relacji; orazsą dyspozycyjni w wymiarze minimum 20 godzin tygodniowo.
Oferujemy:trzymiesięczne praktyki z możliwością przedłużenia współpracy (umowa zlecenie);wynagrodzenie wyliczane w oparciu o stawkę godzinową 30 zł/h brutto; możliwość zdobycia doświadczenia w międzynarodowym środowisku;możliwość pracy zdalnej w systemie hybrydowym 60/40 (po okresie wdrożenia);elastyczny czas pracy umożliwiający połączenie studiów z praktykami;możliwość nieodpłatnego korzystania z siłowni na terenie Browarów Warszawskich.
