We're looking for a Unity Multiplayer Developer to join our Technical Onboarding Team at Elympics.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support development teams in their efforts to integrate the Elympics SDK into their games and projects. This is a customer-centric role focused on assisting other developers. If you are communicative, love helping others create games, and have a strong passion for gaming, we would love to have you on our team. 

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of $2,500–$3,000 net monthly, depending on your experience. We are looking to fill two positions: one person for remote work and one person on-site in our office in Warsaw.

• Provide expert guidance and support to developers integrating the Elympics SDK into their games and projects.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of SDK integrations to ensure optimal performance and stability.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and tutorials for the Elympics SDK to assist developers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for developers, addressing their queries and providing timely solutions.
• Monitor and analyze feedback from developers to identify areas for improvement in the SDK and support services.
• Collaborate with the product development team to suggest and implement enhancements based on developer feedback.
• Develop and maintain sample projects and code snippets to demonstrate best practices for using the Elympics SDK.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless development process.
• Foster a collaborative and positive relationship with external development teams, encouraging open communication and feedback.
• Participate in community forums and events to promote the Elympics SDK and engage with the developer community.

Elympics is a competitive web3 gaming protocol designed to bring security, ease of use and sustainability to blockchain games. Our tech stack consists of server-authoritative multiplayer sdk, backend services for global game hosting, as well as automatic, out of the box blockchain integration with easy to understand smart contracts.

We use new versions of Unity to build sample games and tech showcases, as well as .NET microservices for Elympics Cloud.

• More than 3 years of experience in C#/Unity programming with confident knowledge of both Unity and C#.
• Experience in developing Multiplayer games (min. 2 years of experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with our clients.
• Experience in providing support and guidance to other developers.
• Experience with other SDKs (e.g., Photon, Fusion, Coherence, Mirror, or Fish–net).
• Fluent in Polish and English in both spoken and written.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of game development architecture.
• Proficiency in Profiling/Debugging and Optimization in terms of CPU, GPU, memory, and build size.
• Capability to work on and create technical documentation.
• Experience in developing existing systems and enhancing solutions within the Unity engine.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming technical challenges.
• Strong analytical skills to monitor and analyze developer feedback.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving integration issues.

Nice to Have

• A profound passion for gaming, a user-centered design approach, and a focus on delivering exceptional player experiences.
• Previous experience in a customer-centric or support role.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or game engines.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure related to game development.
