Unity Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced Unity Technical Lead to join our team in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be responsible for the game's technical stability, providing guidance to development teams on the company's and production's technical standards. You will play a key role in supporting the continuous growth of our developers, through mentoring, face-to-face meetings, and participation in the development of personal improvement plans.

You will also assist development teams throughout all stages of the product lifecycle, including high-level estimations, initial task decomposition, reviewing and writing of design documents, and reviewing critical parts of feature implementation. As a Unity Technical Lead, you will also act as the escalation point in production incidents, carrying out troubleshooting, risk analysis, and evaluation of solutions.

Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Unity developer
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader
  • Advanced English
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to explain anything, adapting details level depending on the listener
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • In-depth knowledge of Unity software and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy)
  • Advanced C# experience
  • Deep understanding of the Unity memory and other resources models
  • Experience with resource profiling
