Do Tenneco w Gliwicach, fabryki produkującej komponenty na rynek wtórny (aftermarket), poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko  Global Supply Chain Planner.

Co będzie należało do Twoich obowiązków:

Planowanie oraz zarządzanie zapasami z uwzględnieniem zdolności produkcyjnych, przepływów pieniężnych i zamówień klientów zgodnie z wyznaczonymi celami,

Monitorowanie wskaźników poziomu obsługi klienta i ograniczenie czynników wpływających na wydajność,

Składanie zamówień oraz monitorowanie wahań w realizacji dostaw i trendów w popycie w celu zapewnienia odpowiedniego poziomu zapasów,

Przedstawianie wyników analiz i pomiarów kierownictwu - KPI, realizacja zamówień, pokrycie zapasów, dokładność prognoz, pokrycie sprzedaży i statusy otwartych zamówień,

Współpraca z innymi kluczowymi działami - Inżynieria, Finanse, Zakupy, Zarządzanie Produktami, Planowanie Popytu, Magazyn,

Utrzymanie parametrów planowania w systemie ERP (zarządzanie master datą) i poprawa dokładności prognoz we współpracy z planowaniem popytu,

Koordynacja wprowadzania nowych pozycji (NPI) we współpracy z działem Zarządzania Produktem, Zakupów i Inżynierii,

Analizowanie, wyczuwanie i przewidywanie globalnej sytuacji w celu natychmiastowego zabezpieczenia przepływu przy użyciu odpowiednich środków i metod.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe, preferowane: Logistyka, Zarządzanie Łańcuchem Dostaw, Zarządzanie Produkcją itp.

Doświadczenie zawodowe w obszarze łańcucha dostaw – m.in. 2 lata,

Praktyczna umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów w środowisku biznesowym, poszukiwanie nowych rozwiązań,

Wysokie zdolności komunikacyjne, umiejętność współpracy z pozostałymi członkami zespołu oraz innymi obszarami organizacji,

Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (min. B2) z uwagi na codzienną komunikację,

Znajomość systemu SAP,

Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel);

Mile widziana znajomość Power BI.
