Your responsibilities

Support the Platform Manager in realising platform strategy through incremental improvements to the platform. Partner with our internal stakeholders to inspire, analyse business requirements, documents and manage platform requirements. Work with vendors and platform team to conduct paper-based designs, solutioning sessions, and MVP taste-testing all along the demand management lifecycle. Proactively maintain relationships with the Platform end users, always striving for continual improvements. Maintain a working relationship with selected vendors/suppliers involved in the delivery of development, testing and support services. Work with the service Desk and Product Team members to resolve platform incidents, problems or queries that cannot be resolved in isolation. Be driven by facts and data, helping build business value cases with the business in case of tech/process/people gaps in this space.

The experience we're looking for

3+ years’ experience in business analysis related field. Experience of working with and influencing senior stakeholders to balance business needs with IT standards and processes. Experience in leading adoption, developing and delivering workshops and trainings Experience in solution design; with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle. Demonstratable experience with BPMN standards & tools for business process modeling. Expert proficiency in English with good communication skills. Knowledge of MarTech platforms in the SaaS space, and understanding of Marketing and Ecommerce business functions and process. Desirable – experience within integrations, experience in working with data (powerBI).
