Primary Stakeholders : Amazon Global GREF Learning and Comms Leader; JLL-at-GREF Global HR Lead, JLL-at-GREF Global Comms Lead,Head of JLL L&D, JLL-at GREF Talent Partners,Regional HR People Partners and People Experience Partners
Key Accountabilities:
Designs learning roadmap/strategy for JLL-at-GREF account team,based on talent strategy Oversees delivery and quality of all learning products end to end for our JLL-at-GREF account team,developed by the JLL Learning/Content product team (if not developed by product team, designs product solely) Facilitates learning programs within business line; facilitates ad-hoc experiences within the JLL-at-GREF and GREF account team e.g. for JLL colleagues: DEIB training, bespoke learning trainings, leadership and management training. Partners the Global GREF Learning PMO as required to provide SME expertise as appropriate for yellow and blue badge programs relevant for JLL-at-GREF colleagues. Manages annual JLL Real leadership nomination process in partnership with HeadJLL of Leadership Development and Global and Regional HR Leaders. Provides appropriate oversight of JLL-at-GREF account program delivery, ensuring that the learner experience is optimized and that the agreed programme quality standards are maintained. Develops program management and communication strategy for learning programming with JLL-at-GREF Comms Leader and Global HR Leader. Crafts skill development journeys/roadmaps for GREF per the critical skills necessary for the future – including the design of learning journeys, learning and/or career pathways and skill assessment matrixes, etc. (may include over skill related development) With the Global GREF HR and Comms Lead, creates formalized calendar of learning events for JLL-at-GREF account team that is easily consumable by business like and people experience partners Partners GREF Learning and Regional JLL-at-GREF L&D Managers on GREF Organizations learning needs that come up “ad hoc” – i.e.but not limited to team effectiveness workshops, Cultural On-boarding Partners L&D Managers and Leaders within JLL-at-GREF in360 interpretation workshops and execution/delivery of product training not on the formal calendar Drives simple Global processes and procedures to ease of regional and local adoption, e.g. this may including Learning reporting, Mandatory Training completion reporting, Regional Specific Learning Strategy. TNAs etc. Leads the team of JLL-at-GREFRegional L&D Managers and JLL employees dedicated to GREF Learning.What you can expect from us
