Learning & Development Manager

What you can expect?

As a Learning and Development Manager, you will be part of an international team of experts responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring human capital development programs and policies, including learning and development programs and talent management. You will manage a local team of experts, collaborate with organizational leaders, and anticipate and plan for long-term needs and trends related to knowledge management and employee development.

We will count on you to:

  • Leads the development of the global L&D strategy including the ideation of curriculum design, programs and project implementation strategy, communication strategy and sets change management and measurement methodologies in accordance with business and talent objectives;
  • Partners with company leadership to identify key capabilities for development and design appropriate learning and development solutions to build capability in the areas of Leadership, Managerial Skills, Professional Skills, Consulting, Sales, Financial Acumen/Profitability and innovation;
  • Develops strong working relationship with HR COEs, HR, and the vendor management team to foster program execution and utilization and gain executive level support;
  • Oversees the continued development of abilities to track and manage L&D participation and the ongoing administration of this;
  • Maintains expert awareness of the market industry offerings and in collaboration with the vendor management team and market leaders presents quantitative and qualitative business cases supporting vendor investments;
  • Work closely with Global L&D Team, while driving individual goals.

What you need to have: 

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the area of learning and development and a minimum of 1 year experience as a people manager;
  • Fluent English and Polish is a must;
  • Experience in partnering & collaborating with stakeholders in identification of skill gaps and development of training solutions;
  • Knowledge and understanding of end to end training cycles;
  • Ability to create / develop programs based on requirements;
  • Passion and drive towards delivery of training programs;
  • Knowledge of the evaluation of training programs and learning effectiveness;
  • Experience balancing dynamic work demands in a challenging, fast-paced, international environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy and collaborating across different fields of expertise;
  • Proficiency in written/verbal communication skills.

What makes you stand out?

  • Project management experience desired;
  • Knowledge/understanding of Instructional Design
  • Knowledge/understanding of Instructional Design would be an added advantage,
  • Coaching license or other trainer qualifications.
