will require excellent communication, leadership, and facilitation skills, and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the team is working collaboratively and delivering high-quality products on time.
Your Team
You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be working with engineers: HW Engineers, SW Engineers, ME Engineers, V&V Engineers, and Project Managers.
While Fluke in Poland is growing, this will have the feel of a start-up environment with the full support and stability of a big organization. We value the flexibility of hybrid work, and collaboration and empower our teams to make decisions.
Experience
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach. Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, with a strong knowledge of the Scrum framework and other Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Lean. Strong leadership, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in facilitating team meetings, including daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives, as well as creating and maintaining Agile artifacts such as the product backlog and Sprint backlog.
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s degree Experience with SW Development or V&V

Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide the team and facilitate meetings to achieve the project objectives. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that the team is delivering value to the customer. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to identify and remove any obstacles that may prevent the team from achieving their goals. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality products on time.-
