Facilitating team meetings, such as Dailies and Sprint Ceremonies (Review, Planning, Retro) Active monitoring and reacting to the situation in the team, removing the impediments, monitoring and improving the team spirit and wellbeing Organizing training and trips for the team Actively participating in Scrum Master Community Taking care of the team and reporting directly to the Project ManagerProject description:
Team is developing a web application which implements existing business process regarding cars diagnostic data. Team consists of 16 people. We have 8 developers, a scrum master, 2 testers, front-end expert and 2 business requirements engineers. We work in a scrum framework. In terms of libraries and tools the team is choosing what to use in the project. However, there are some limitations related to the customer infrastructure.
