Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at STX Next. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional services to our key clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in IT and software development. You should be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and maintain clear communication with both internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers: Work closely with Key Account Managers to support the operational delivery of services to our key clients.
  • Ensure Project Goals Are Met: Ensure project goals are met within the constraints of scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Maintain Clear Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and manage project risks, resolving issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze project reports to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with project teams, ensuring they are motivated, well-informed, and working efficiently towards project goals.
  • Effective Meetings: Facilitate effective team meetings, providing clear direction and support to promote a cohesive and productive working environment.

Requirements:

  • IT Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in IT (software development) and substantial experience in project and people management.
  • Customer Expectations: A deep understanding of managing customer expectations, feedback, and escalations.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of delivering multiple high-quality projects to medium and large-sized clients.
  • Business Management: A solid background in IT business management, with experience supporting revenue, margin, and efficiency objectives.
  • Passion for Customer Satisfaction: A passion for achieving top levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Management: Extensive experience directly managing technical and cross-functional profiles.
  • Solution-Oriented Approach: A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • English Proficiency: Excellent English proficiency, both in writing and speaking (min. C1 level).

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-On Experience: Previous hands-on experience in technical roles, such as web development.
  • Product Owner/Scrum Master: Experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master.
  • International Teams: Experience working with international and dispersed teams.
  • Sales Initiatives: Experience supporting sales initiatives.
